At Lost Love Guidance, we value integrity and satisfaction.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first 10 minutes of any scheduled session. If during this time you feel that you are not connecting with your guide or that the service is not a good fit, you may end the session immediately and request a full refund.
Once a service has been fully rendered (beyond the 10-minute mark), refunds are generally not provided. Our guides dedicate their time and energy to each session, and this time must be compensated.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there was a genuine error or failure in service delivery, please contact us at support@lostloveguidance.com.
